Refund Policy: Refunds will be given on any product as long as it is in as new condition and has not been opened.

You probably live in the states... That funny looking dollar sign next to the price is what we call a pound sign, meaning that we are a UK site, and all payments are taken in UK Sterling. We would ask our customers to kindly check their bank statements and convert the total to British Sterling before you send us an enquiry asking why you paid £5 British sterling but were charged nearly $10 US Dollars.
Some banks have been known to hold these authorisations for 7-10 business days. If your payment is declined due to the lack of available funds, contact your bank to confirm if the reserved funds are authorisations, verify the amount of time they hold authorisations, and request that they remove any extra authorisation to free up funds in your account.
